Paul L. Latreille is Professor of Economics at Swansea University and Director of the Swansea Academy of Learning & Teaching (SALT). His research interests are in the area of applied labour economics, focusing on (individualised manifestations of) conflict at work and its resolution, including in particular workplace mediation, disability and its impact on labour market outcomes, training, and self-employment. He is a multi-award winning teacher and has a developing interest in pedagogical practice and research. He has recently completed a period of research leave as the ESRC Visiting Research Fellow at Acas in London.
